Senior Pastor

BRYAN STAMPER​

Bryan completed his doctorate in theology in 1974 and began his pastorate at Quest. The child of a Navy chaplain, he was raised all over the southeast, but primarily in Atlanta and the mountains of North Carolina where he and wife Jan have a family cabin. His son, Bryan Jr., pastors a Presbyterian church in Texas with his wife, Kerry, and two young boys. Daughter Anne lives in Charlotte and works with the Fox Sports Channel. His youngest son, Jack is a chef in Las Vegas. Hobbies include running/walking each morning and picking blueberries each summer. His favorite role as a pastor is preaching.

DIRKE JOHNSON​

Dirke Johnson is married to Lorna and has three daughters (Danelle, Alyssa & Briana). Both Dirke and Lorna are missionaries with Cru. Dirke has a doctorate in Church Leadership and is a professor at Palm Beach Atlantic Christian University. He also teaches at Cru’s Institute of Biblical Studies equipping and training missionaries for effective ministry. He loves coffee, sports and traveling and experiencing new cultures. He has ministered on all six inhabited continents.

ALLISON WENGERT​

Allison became involved at Quest Church when she moved here 10 years ago. She assisted with children programs and was a Deacon and Elder. In 2016 Allison was hired as Director of Children Ministries and Blast camp director. She has added Director of Youth ministries and backfilled business administrative duties to her roles. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her 2 children and husband going to the beach or Disney.

MELODY FARRAND​

Melody Farrand has been married to Chad Farrand for 25 years. They have 3 children; Haruka Onadara, Kailey Farrand, and Molly Farrand. She also has a very spoiled cat named Sapphire. Melody became a Believer at the young age of 5; Grew up in a Christian household, and fell in love with worshipping God during her early college years. Melody has been involved in music for most of her life. She is a vocalist, a mountain dulcimer player, and a flutist.
Melody has been a worship leader for the past 24 years.

MICHELLE DIAZ

Michelle began attending Quest church in 2005 and has been on staff as administrative assistant, receptionist, campus coordinator and ministry support since 2012. She has served our Quest family in many areas including Children’s Ministry, outreach and missions. Michelle has been married to Ivan for 31 wonderful years and is mother to seven incredible boys and one beautiful daughter-in-law.

JOHNNY OUTING​

Johnny Outing II has an undergrad degree from Southeastern University in Lakeland Florida, where is studies pre-law. After a brief stint at a law firm he was lead to become more involved in ministry here at Quest Church as a youth leader, Elder, service coordinator, camp counselor and now the preaching team. He enjoys reading, sports and spending time with his beautiful wife, Alicia, daughter Charlotte and son Langston.

JIM CAUDILL​

Michelle began attending Quest church in 2005 and has been on staff as administrative assistant, receptionist, campus coordinator and ministry support since 2012. She has served our Quest family in many areas including Children’s Ministry, outreach and missions. Michelle has been married to Ivan for 31 wonderful years and is mother to seven incredible boys and one beautiful daughter-in-law.

Jim has a long history with Quest, first becoming a member in 1986. He and his family were part of the move to this 15+ acre facility when it was just scrub and orange trees. After retiring from Walt Disney World as a Distribution Manager with 35 years of service, Jim has come “Home”! As the Facility Manager, he oversees maintenance and event setups, where he applies his gifts and talents of organization and attention to fine details.
