
Bryan Stamper, Senior Pastor eMail
Bryan completed his doctorate in theology in 1974 and began his pastorate at Quest. The child of a Navy chaplain, he was raised all over the southeast, but primarily in Atlanta and the mountains of North Carolina where he and wife Jan spend a month each summer. His son, Bryan Jr. pastors a Presbyterian church in Calornia with his wife, Kerry, and two young boys. Daughter Anne lives in Charlotte and works with the Fox Sports Channel. His youngest son, Jack is a chef in New York City. Hobbies include running each morning and picking blueberries each summer. His favorite role as a pastor is preaching.


Allison relocated to Florida in 2012 years ago from Lititz, Pennsylvania with her husband and two children. Allison was a chemist in pharmaceuticals before becoming a stay at home mom. Since moving, she been a Music with Mar instructor, teaching preschoolers using music. She has also volunteer at Firm Foundation (Matthews Hope’s preschool).


Johnny Outing is a 5th Grade Teacher for Orange County Public Schools. He received his undergrad degree from Southeastern University in Lakeland FL, where he studied Pre Law. After a brief stint at a law firm he decided to try his hand in the education field and absolutely loves molding young minds. He has been with Quest for 5 years where he has been a youth leader, service coordinator, camp counselor and now on the teaching team. When he is not in a classroom or at church he enjoys reading, writing, sports and spending time with his beautiful wife.

Michelle Diaz, Events Coordinator eMail
Michelle has been attending Quest since 2005 and has been on staff since 2012 as the event coordinator. She is also very active in volunteering for many of the Children’s Ministry activities such as Kids Connection children’s choir and BLAST. Michelle has been married to Ivan for 25 wonderful years and is mother to seven incredible boys.

Jim Caudill, Facilities Manager eMail
Jim has a long history with Quest, first becoming a member in 1986. He and his family were part of the move to this 17+ acre facility when it was just scrub and orange trees. After retiring from Walt Disney World as a Distribution Manager, with 35 years of service, Jim has come “Home”! As the Facility Manager, Jim oversees maintenance and event setups; where he applies his gifts and talents of organization and attention to fine details.
He is married to Cere and they have three grown sons, but are not empty nesters yet! They enjoy the delight of their daughter, Sarah Jane, who volunteers with the Church’s summer camp. Jim’s hobbies include watching football and spending time with his first grandchild Jax.
